Hi, I’m Meg Hudson

Ever since I first learned to write, I’ve been fascinated by the syntax, semantics, and mechanics that shape how we use language to communicate. I see my role as a technical communicator as bringing structure and precision to writing—what I like to call the “math of writing.”

After moving from Texas to the Pacific Northwest and working in healthcare administration during the COVID-19 pandemic, I gained a deeper understanding of why clear and accessible communication is so important.

I have experience across fields like academia, industry, education, healthcare, and user support. My work includes creating AI-driven knowledge systems, improving accessibility in user experiences, and designing educational materials like syllabi and manuals.

Guided by rhetorical theory, audience analysis, and hands-on technological proficiency, I’m always excited to take on projects that allow me to harness my technical expertise and organizational strengths to deliver impactful, user-centered results. I enjoy collaborating with others as much as I value independent problem-solving.
